At One Stop Door Shop we get many questions from customers, and are always happy to help. We have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions below, with answers we hope resolve your query. What colours do you provide?
Our standard in stock colours are black and anthracite grey. We can also order in white and other RAL colours.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order online, by filling out any form, or by speaking to our team directly.
Do you offer installation?
We are a supply-only retailer, and are unable to fit your doors or windows.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Based in Watford we can deliver across the UK (except Ireland and remote Scottish Islands). Please provide a postcode when ordering. Minimum charge: £100.
What is your lead time?
We are competitive when it comes to lead times, and aim to have orders ready within 3-4 weeks. An express service (7 days) is available (additional charges apply).
Do you provide a guarantee?
All our orders come with a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee on the profiles and 5 years for the glazing.
Do you have a showroom?
We have a fantastic showroom at Olds Approach, Unit 8, Byfleet Ind Est, Watford, WD18 9TS. Visits by appointment only.

Can you make wheelchair accessible doors?
Yes, we can make our doors so that they are accessible by wheelchair users. We replace the bottom threshold with a ramp with no sill to enable this. Please ask for a quote and a technical diagram.
